Capturing an emotion in words makes it feel more real. We can’t change things if we don’t acknowledge them. It’s easy to acknowledge what we are thinking but it’s not always easy to accept how we FEEL. And writing about our feelings is often very hard-BUT…by writing down how you FEEL you will become more comfortable with how your emotions can impact on and influence your ideas and plans. This is very important as we start to set goals.
