Rave reviews for The Life Edit!

I am thrilled to share with you some of the truly fantastic reviews that my book The Life Edit has received since it hit the shops at the end of last year. They are ALL five star reviews on Amazon and I am so proud of everyone who has brought a copy and so grateful for the amazing feedback.

I know that journalling and writing is not for everyone and some of my closest friends and associates have admitted to me that they were very sceptical about how it could work, but reading these reviews it is clear that everyone has embraced this and found it useful and I am thrilled.

If you need proof that a daily or regular journaling and writing routine can help you then look no further. Read the reviews and then order a copy for yourself! The Life Edit is available on Amazon, Waterstones, Blackwells and Barnes & Noble and bookshops as well as online. Highly recommended

“I was very sceptical about the whole process but the book was so easy to read, and really made me think about what I want to achieve. I’ve read it from cover to cover and am just about to start again and do the writing alongside this time. I would really recommend this book to anyone who wants to make time for themselves and make efforts to get what they want in life.”

5.0 out of 5 stars Who knew a list could be so wonderful!

Was intrigued by this book.

“It made some enjoyable ‘me’ time and got me back into reading. Very easy to read (even when super tired), understand and identify with. I’ve started writing and definitely finding some clarity and calm.
Be kind to yourself and take the time to invest in yourself with a little helping hand from this book.”

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant book

“This book is fantastic. Well written, easy to read . I keep it by me all the time. Inspired by it.”

5.0 out of 5 stars From a journaling sceptic point of view

“All my friends told me I should write to achieve my goal and be happier. They all talked about gratitude and mind mapping. I tried and found it massively boring.

Following Sarah’s guided questions, I have sat here every day writing and fascinated at how much I am writing. How much is coming out of me.
It brings me clarity and comfort at the same time.
Things I “knew” but never put black and white on paper.
Sometimes I even go back to a specific exercise and add to it as things come up for me.
The only question so far I am revelling against is the one about gratitude. That’s my resistance to my boring experience.
The other questions are great!

I haven’t finished the 21 days yet, but so far it’s been enlightening for someone who was very anti journaling. As this is not journaling, it’s just writing to get clarity and comfort.

Highly recommend it.”

5.0 out of 5 stars A great addition to my therapy practice!

“As a therapist, I have often encouraged clients to use journaling to gain clarity, internalise thoughts and set goals. What’s different about this clever approach to journaling is the way the author structures each section. Guiding us through the process with warmth, compassion and a genuine understanding of the complexity of how we think , feel and behave. I’ve already had much positive feedback from clients who have used this book and I’ll definitely be keeping a copy for myself!”

5.0 out of 5 stars Not just a game changer it’s a life changer

“This book had helped changed my life. I was on a downward spiral before The Life Edit entered my life. I thought when I started journaling would feel like a chore like it was another job for me to do. But after a couple of days I really got into it and I noticed I was enjoying it. I was excited to pick my journal up and this book has helped me to turn that downward spiral into an upwards spiral. It’s amazing how one thing like journaling can changeyour life in a thousand ways.”

5.0 out of 5 stars Invest in Yourself

“Not just for that inevitable crossroad we meet in midlife; this book can help you gain control and keep it no matter what life stage your are at. The concept of journalling twice a day is a powerful tool and really concentrates the mind whilst teaching us invaluable life lessons about letting go, moving on, empowering ourselves and being the best that we can be. I have started my Life Edit and cannot recommend this book enough. If you are not seeing the woods for the trees, read it and take back your life!”

5.0 out of 5 stars Improving self belief and wellbeing

“As a someone who finds life hectic and sometimes difficult to manoeuvre, I found The Life Edit to be Life Changing! I chose the Life Edit to help improve my self belief. Writing down what I wanted and needed to be happier and also writing down the things that are in my way are helping me lead a happier life. I am only at the start of my Life Edit journey but this book has helped provide a lot of clarity and support.”
