Have you hit a mid-life funk?

I TOTALLY get it! Empty nester? join the club! Not sure what to do next? yep me too!

Are you worried about mid -life? Feeling a bit invisible? Not sure what to do about it but you feel frustrated and stuck? I have been there too and so have lots of the people I work with. 

Before you know it another week or month will have passed and you will still feel the same, you will still be stuck even though you know that you CAN make changes-you just need to know how.

So what are the options? Well, you could decide that good things come to those who wait OR you could decide that better things come to those who go out and get them!

So if you decide to wait-how long are you going to wait for and crucially WHAT exactly are you waiting for?

OR you could take action now because doing something -and it doesn’t have to be massive action-is better than… well just waiting.

I have a quick, effective way for you to wake up and enjoy mid-life and make some exciting changes that will create a life of FUN rather than FUNK!

Try this quick daily writing exercise to get the ball rolling:

54321….LET’S GO!

Write fast for 5 minutes about how you are really feeling right now-don’t edit just write!

Write down your 4 top things that you would like to change

Write down 3 things that you have in your life that you are really grateful for

Write down the 2 things that you would like to have by this time next year

Write down the ONE BIG GOAL that you would like to start working towards over the next 21 days.
