Seven Day Writing Challenge-Day 6

Hello! welcome to Day 6 of our Write Your Life Seven Day Writing Challenge. We only have one more day to go so it’s time to spend some time working on the blueprint for your future.

By now you will probably have discovered that if you try and move forward while there are still blocks in the way, then things can get a little tricky. To make sure you are on the way to that all important clarity, today’s exercise has been designed to help you double check your self belief system and confidence so that nothing can stop you making changes.

A big part of the work that everyone who joins the Write Your Life course has to do, involves our Life Audit and Life Edit processes. These two exercises work together to help you to identify what isn’t working and how to make changes.

THE LIFE AUDIT is an investigation. You can investigate your life to discover exactly what you are capable of and to find out what is not working well. THE LIFE EDIT helps us to remove anything that doesn’t work very well and replace it with something that does.

Today’s exercise is called:

TAKE FIVE

Take five minutes to answer each of these questions, write all your answers down in your journal.

  1. When has your limited self-belief stopped you from doing something?
  2. How would you like to feel more confident (which area of your life?)
  3. What could you learn to help you deal with question 2?
  4. What do you want to experience in life?
  5. How do you want to grow?
  6. What contribution do you want to make?
