Hello and welcome to Day 4!
By now you should be getting used to writing every day and really starting to feel the benefits that daily journaling can bring to your life. You should be feeling clear, confident, focused and ready for anything!
We have already talked about what you want your life to look like this time next week, next month and next year, and explored the importance of being able to acknowledge how we feel about things AND be able to write those feelings down with clarity and conviction. You have asked yourself why you want to make change and now it is time to start really drilling down and investigate what’s important to you now. To make change we need clarity and direction.We need a clear vision for the future.
Today’s exercise is called
A CLEAR VISION
In your journal write down the answers to the following questions:
Ask yourself what is important to you NOW?
Take five key areas of your life and be honest about how they are looking.
Write down what is working well and what isn’t
Write how you would like your life to be-what do you want to have…what do you want to do? what do you want to give and and what do you want to create?
Make a list of all the things that need to change to help you move forward.
OUR TOP FIVE WAYS TO GET CLARITY
- If something or someone is not serving you well then clear it!
- Accept that if YOU don’t make changes then your life will stay the same
- Be clear about exactly what YOU want in your life
- Remember that positive and good people attract good and positive things
- Clear all self-limiting beliefs and remember…You’ve Got This!
