Writing and journaling are powerful ways to clear the clutter and make big changes to your life, but so often I hear clients say they don’t have the confidence to write because they were no good at it at school – they FEAR writing in many cases because they FEAR being judged.
The FEAR of NOT writing down how they feel and what they want to do with their lives is HOLDING THEM BACK and stopping the from living their life the way THEY want to. But it doesn’t have to be this way!
Write Your Life was created for exactly this reason – I don’t judge, mark or moderate ANY of the journaling or writing that my clients do – I just let them write the way they want to. They follow a series of very specific and deceptively simple (but very clever!) writing exercises and start to see and feel changes pretty quickly.
This is life coaching but not as you know it!
