Write Your Life with daily journaling

The only way to make a change…is to make a start.

Do you want to change your life? Do you feel stuck? Are you at a complete loss about where to start?!

Well-you are not alone! Every day, more and more of us are taking a look at our lives and making changes.

But accepting that your life isn’t perhaps as fabulous as you would like it to be and then deciding what you need to do to change things are not easy challenges to tackle.

We may KNOW that we need to make changes, but is very easy to quickly feel overwhelmed, stressed, unsure, distracted and in denial and then give up and just carry on as normal.

Of course we all know that if you just carry on doing what you have always done, you will simply get more of whatever you already have-and if that’s not great stuff then you will certainly not feel any better any time soon!

However…there is a simple, easy and free (almost!) way to start making significant and positive changes to your life and guess what? You can start right now.

In the time it will take you to read this post, make a cup of coffee or scroll through your Instagram feed, you can start to begin to really explore what you want to do. I know this sounds a bit too good to be true, but to start making changes in your life all you need are two simple every day objects that you almost certainly already have.

A pen and a piece of paper are ALL you need to start making changes.

Daily writing or journaling have been proven to be HUGE catalysts for transformational change, and YOU can start the process right NOW by picking up a pen and a piece of paper (or your journal or notebook if you have one) and just writing.

My transformational personal development programme Write Your Life uses the extraordinary power of a series of exclusive daily writing practices to help people just like you to clear their lives and work towards ambitious changes and audacious goals.

To see how the Write Your Life programme can work for you, I have a daily writing exercise for you to try. For ten minutes engage in some free writing time. To do this, simply pick up your pen and your journal and write. It doesn’t have to be perfect-just feel free to explore and ask yourself this question:

How do I really feel today?

The results of this exercise will surprise you. Email me hello@sarahadams.me.uk and let me know who you got on and I can also send you a load of great FREE resources to help kickstart your Write Your Life transformation!
